Abstract

BACKGROUND:

Bronchiolitisobliteranssyndrome(BOS)afterallogeneichematopoieticstemcelltransplantation(HSCT)iscurrentlytreatedwithsystemiccorticosteroidsdespitepoorefficacyandsideeffects.Thisstudyinvestigatedthetherapeuticeffectofbudesonide/formoterol,montelukastandn-acetylcysteine,whicharesuggestedastreatmentoptionsforBOSafterHSCT.

METHODS:
